Stryke Fitness Results
Thank you so much Erin Mansour for my belated TransformationTuesday! Earlier today I got my 4 week measurements after adding personal training to my Stryke workouts! I’ve lost 14 inches throughout my body in 4 weeks, but since beginning Stryke fitness I’ve lost a total of 21 lbs. I’m so happy to have the old Karen back in a healthy way, better than ever!!! I can’t wait for the studio to open and I need you all to try it once and love it ❤ I’m so thankful for Erin and all she’s done for me and believed in me 😁 ‪#‎sweatsexystrong‬ ‪#‎strykefitness‬

There is no question that Stryke is a great workout. It’s fun, fast-paced and makes you sweat. My favorite part of Stryke is the release of tension it provides me. I can undo a stressful work week with one Stryke workout while burning calories.

Your class really is the best! I haven’t found a workout I like as much as I like Stryke Fitness. Plus you make it even better. You are an awesome person and you can tell you really love and believe in Stryke. I think the instructor of a class makes all the difference in the world and I’m addicted to Stryke because you make it awesome!

There are no other workouts that I have seen, yield so many results. Today at home I ran through about an hour and 15 minutes (with the boys joining in or stopping me for something...) I burned 830 calories, but, more importantly, feel great. 830!!! At HOME!!! My heart rate was up and my muscles and stamina are way up. I love how strong STRYKE makes me feel and how confident I am in my own strength, and, in turn, starting to love my body. Thanks Erin + Chris for creating something so empowering and thank you Jackie. You 3 and the STRYKE family are an amazing group of people who welcome and lift everyone up. Can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store!

I’ve never seen Megan Us so pumped up about any program, ever. She’s done lots of programs, and excelled at all of them, but never, ever been challenged by them or ever been so pumped to get involved. I’ve seen her transform into a more confident, radiant woman, and I am thoroughly impressed by how strong she’s getting. Stryke is really the only program that I’ve personally thought was both fun and challenging, it’s a great system, I’m pumped to see just how many people it can improve!

I just want you to know how much I enjoy you, your family and your classes. Seriously, it’s as amazing for my soul as it is for my body. I eat organic, low glycemic and maintain a healthy diet and I have been working out since I had my boys. With PCOS I’m always told that not much will change unless I get on hormone therapy but I don’t want to go that route. I’m trying to fix my body the natural way. It’s a slower process but I’m trying so hard! With the diastasis I have, I didn’t think I’d see much change at all in my middle and I have after starting Stryke. Because of you and your class I am getting a waist. I can’t even begin to thank you enough for the opportunity to work with you. I am so, so, so incredibly thankful you took a leap and work so hard. I greatly admire you. I am one happy girl!

I’ve worked out for many years. 15, in fact (Not counting school sports or rec sports I’ve done since I was 5, since that was done with the instruction of a coach and I didn’t necessarily understand why or what I was doing). I started with Elliptical and jogging, then added spin a year later at 18 and was teaching spin by 19. I added weight lifting when I was about 20. Eventually, I started working at my gym and taught or did spin daily and lifted weights for about an hour, as well. Although great at first, maintaining 2 hours a day in a gym got old after about 3 years. I eventually cut down on my weight lifting to every other day but kept up my cardio. I maintained that regime for a couple of years. Exhausting. When I hit about 25 or so, I cut out the weights all together and just decided to kill the cardio. I tried to do boot camps to get in some plyo exercises or calisthenics but hated it. Throughout all of this time, I had reached points where I thought my body was pretty good, and points where I thought it was merely ok, and points that I absolutely loved it (I’ve never ever hated my body, I have a great relationship with it), but all-in-all, the times where I liked it the most was impossible to maintain because of the amount of time needed in the gym. I’ve never had an issue with extremely healthy eating, so that never factored into my problem. Then in 2014, I started doing Stryke. Not even realizing that I was doing so much plyo, calisthenics AND cardio, all in one swoop. I was actually good with my body when I started this and not one bit worried about the scale. Then, before I knew it, my body was changing shape. A shape I didn’t even know my body was capable of getting into. What was going on?!?! At this point, utterly surprised, I decided to add a few more calories, healthy calories, but more. I only got sexier! I couldn’t believe what was going on. 1 hour a day in the gym accomplishing MORE than 2 hours a day in the gym of cardio and weight lifting??! Also, being one of the most fun workouts I’ve ever done. Literally being tricked, in a fun way, to do burpees, high knees, and pushups? Is this the ‘magic solution’ everyone has been waiting on?!? I’m now many, many months from when I started Stryke, I’m more shaped and toned than I have ever been and I’m having more fun than I ever imagined in a gym. It’s all you need in a day at the gym all balled into one fun-filled dance/fighting hour. Thank you so much for changing my life and making it to where I can squeeze in my hour at the gym, squeeze in more food in my diet, and NOT have to squeeze into my jeans.
