Erin Mansour

Erin began her fitness journey at the tender age of 18 with Sweating to the Oldies by Richard Simmons. She had gained 80 pounds with her first pregnancy and was searching for a way to get the baby weight off. As a single mom she earned her Bachelor's from the College of Charleston, became a NIA Instructor, a licensed Esthetician. She went on to complete a Master's Degree in Business and have 3 more beautiful children (2 under age 10).


Erin took Stryke onto national TV in 2015 when she competed on Spike TV's fitness reality show SWEAT Inc alongside fitness mogul Jillian Michael's, even though she did not win the entire season she was a fierce competitor winning 2 of the 3 challenges in her episode and then bringing Stryke back to charleston and launching the first ever of its kind boutique Stryke Fitness studio.

Chris McNally

As a skinny fat kid, Chris embarked on his journey to be a world class athlete at age 15 when he walked on to his high school wrestling team, after 4 years he continued wrestling for McDaniel College, starting off as a 3rd string on the roster as a Freshman and managed to earn 4th place in the NCAA Tournament in 2002 and becoming an All-American.


He left Mcdaniel with a Bachelor of Arts and moved to Charleston to attend the Citadel Graduate Program and Coach the wrestling Team. After completing his Tenure with the Citadel he became a Firefighter with the City of Charleston from 2005-2007. Chris had his first Professional MMA Fight in 2006 and his last fight in 2012. He was a contestant on The Broken Skull Challenge Season 4 with Steve "Stone Cold" Austin on CMT. He loves to spend quality time with his kiddos and go see the latest movies with them
